I received a phone call today from one of my best friends. An amazing guy who introduced me to Christ and has been a role model in my life for years. Within seconds of the conversation I could immediately sense that something was very wrong. When he mentioned that there was something he needed to tell me about his wife, my first thought was, “oh no, she’s sick.”

Whether you realize it or not, all of us are in leadership at one level or another. You may be in upper management or you may just be struggling to manage your own life, but all of us are responsible to lead something. So it makes sense that every one of us can benefit from solid leadership principles.
