Daily Bible Reading Ideas

Thanks Brian for moving my Directors blog to the new system. Now I can better keep up with the comments and interact with users.  Today I would like to share our plans to do a better job on facilitating daily Bible reading and devotion and get people's feedback as you comment on this post.

1. We are working on a new bible reader that will allow one to not only read the bible and search it as we do now at http://netbible.org  but to take notes and to share them with others that are reading the same passage. That passage may be the daily reading or your weekly bible study from your church.  Pastors take note as we plan to make it easy for you to embed the scriptures of your next weeks message so you can email it to your congregration or embedd it on your church web site.

2. In addition to this future capability anyone can create a group to discuss one of the bible reading plans and share with the community the reading for the day.. See Discuss the daily Chronological Bible reading users group
3. others could start a group for one of the other daily reading plans?
4. what other ideas do you have that we might consider?  I am especially interested in ideas that you might volunteer to do for the bible.org community
