How Well Do You Know…HIM?

How well do you know HIM?  He is the resurrection and the reason we have hope of everlasting live.  Jesus Christ died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins and He said it is finished, but on the third day He rose again…Great News for all of mankind…Now He lives in heaven sitting at the right hand of God…As we approach Resurrection Sunday, I would like to encourage those of you who work with children to ask them the following questions…

How well do you know HIM?  He is the resurrection and the reason we have hope of everlasting live.  Jesus Christ died on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins and He said it is finished, but on the third day He rose again…Great News for all of mankind…Now He lives in heaven sitting at the right hand of God…As we approach Resurrection Sunday, I would like to encourage those of you who work with children to ask them the following questions…

Do you know Him as the Redeemer?   
As for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, and that as the last he will stand upon the earth.  Job 19:25
 
Do you know Him as Everlasting Father? 
For a child has been born to us, a son has been given to us. He shoulders responsibility and is called:  Extraordinary Strategist,  Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.  Isaiah 9:6
 
Do you know Him as Savior?
Today your Savior is born in the city of David.  He is Christ  the Lord.  Luke 2:11
 
Do you give Him your Undivided attention? 
I tell you the solemn truth, the one who believes has eternal life.  John 6:47
 
Do you know Him as Righteous?
(My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin.) But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous One, 1 John 2:1
 
Do you know Him as Resurrection?  
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live even if he dies,  John 11:25
 
Do you know Him as Emmanuel?
Look! The virgin will conceive and bear a son, and they will call him Emmanuel,” which means  “God with us.”  Matthew 1:23
 
Do you know Him as Christ the Lord? 
Then he said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Peter answered, “The Christ of God.”  Luke 9:20
 
Do you know Him as Truth?
Jesus replied, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.  John 14:6
 
Do You know Him as Intercessor?
So he is able to save completely those who come to God through him, because he always lives to intercede for them.  Hebrews 7:25
 
Do you know Him as the Only Wise God?
Now to the eternal king, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever! Amen.  1 Timothy 1:17
 
Do you know that His Name is Above Every Name?
As a result God exalted him and gave him the name that is above every name,  Philippians 2:9
 
Do you know Him?  How well do you know Him?  May Jesus Christ the risen Lord embrace you on this Resurrection Sunday!
